Yes. Itemized donation documentation is a $50 add-on because it takes real coordination time, and it is worth it when the estate needs the record.
It is most of what we do. We scope from photos or a video walkthrough, coordinate access with the realtor or a neighbor, and send photographs at start, during and completion.
One to three rooms with selective removal runs $1,200–$2,500. A complete clear-out of a home under 2,000 sq ft is $2,500–$5,000. Larger homes are multi-day and quoted after a walkthrough.
Yes, and we say so early. Asbestos, lead, biohazard material and active vermin infestation are remediation work, not cleanout work — we refer those to licensed specialists. We also wait until legal authority to clear the property is settled.
We look at every room, tell you what the job is, and put a number in writing. What you do with it is up to you.
